Pilot service terms
A check you can review.
Decisions you control.
These terms describe use of the current SyncWise pilot, provided by Big Sky AI. Questions: help@bigskyai.ai.

What the service provides
SyncWise compares public website pages, a submitted draft against public pages, or explicitly selected agent instructions. It returns potential inconsistencies with evidence and coverage limits. Findings can be mistaken or incomplete. No findings means none were found in the checked material; it is not certification that a site is correct or an agent is safe.
You decide which facts are authoritative and whether to change anything. SyncWise does not grant permission to edit, publish or access another system. Your publishing tools and authorized agents remain responsible for those actions. A failure or incomplete check is not approval to publish.
Content and account responsibilities
Submit only material you have permission to share with SyncWise and the services described in our privacy notice. Do not submit credentials, unnecessary personal information or content that requires a processing agreement we have not made with you. You retain your rights in the content you submit; submitting it authorizes the processing needed to provide the requested check.
Protect your account, keys and connected-agent permissions. Give an agent only the authority and spending budget you intend it to use. Do not bypass access controls, abuse the service or use it to access private networks or authenticated pages. Report security concerns privately.
Prices, credit and retries
The connector is free to connect; requested checks use the account’s existing credit at the price shown before execution, subject to the caller’s cap. A completed check may still return no findings or incomplete coverage. Each intentionally fresh check, including a changed draft, is a separate operation.
A retry with the same request ID and unchanged inputs replays the settled result without another charge while that result is available. The response expires after 24 hours; the old ID then cannot run or charge again. A settled failed check refunds its reservation. If settlement is unresolved, contact support before initiating another charged operation.
Checks cost the price shown before they run.
Unused purchased credit is refundable on request within 30 days of purchase. Checks that fail or can’t read the site are refunded to your balance automatically. Free trial credit, signup credit, and promotional credit are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Credit and checkout explicitly labelled test or sandbox are for evaluation and do not represent a real payment or cash balance. The current pilot does not establish a production paid-service launch. Real-money sales use the prices and refund policy on this page.
If a price or charge looks wrong, contact support with the operation ID and time. We will investigate the record; do not send card details or credentials.
Pilot availability and changes
The pilot may change or be interrupted and has no guaranteed uptime or support response time. Keep your own copies of important drafts and exported results. These pages describe current behavior and will be updated as the service develops.
